Brick and Beam Builders values openness and clear discussions with all clients. You can find answers to the frequently asked questions about our building processes, project plans, and rules.
Order Issues
You can either use the online form or give us a call at (Phone Number). You can count on us to have a free conversation to cover the size of your project, costs and the timeline.
Yes, but these changes could result in changes to cost and time needed to finish the project. We will send you a new quote before we start the job. Major modifications to the building structure may require getting new permissions.
Absolutely! We have architects on staff who will either design something new or alter a current plan to fit your wishes.
We take bank transfers, payments through M-Pesa and cheques. There are different stages in the payment plan: the foundation, the roofing and completion of the house. Of course the hand-over is free.
Delivery Issues
Around 4–6 months for a 3-bedroom bungalow and up to 12 months can be needed for a villa. Delays may happen if there are delays linked to the weather, obtaining permits or shortages of necessary materials.
We will alert you and make a new schedule for you. While there can be delays from us without any extra cost, external things like county approval delays can take more time.
Yes, the project could be interrupted when there is heavy rain affecting foundation or roof work. Proper planning and care for materials is done to keep them safe from damage.
We liaise with medical providers, yet clients are responsible for applying and getting approval. We can guide you in handling paperwork matters.
Returns & Refunds
We complete our final checks with you and solve any problems right away. The warranty on the structural parts of any project is valid for a year.
Yes! If you notice any issues within a year, we will fix them for no charge (except when you misuse the product).
The deposit fee is not refundable after work has been done. We will send you an invoice for everything bought and anything done on your construction.
We address problems in craftmanship, but not damages caused by materials (such as broken tiles from the supplier). Still, we will take care of arranging replacements with suppliers on your behalf.
